Prof. Huajun Dong
Dalian jiaotong university
prof. Dong is a doctoral supervisor and professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering, Dalian Jiaotong University. The main research topics are: key technology of vacuum switch and application technology of image processing. Professor Dong has won a series of honors and awards, including excellent teachers in Liaoning Province in 2020 and "100 levels" of the project of millions of talents in Liaoning Province in 2018. Prof. Dong has undertaken a number of scientific research projects, including the basic project of Liaoning Education Department in 2017: Research on Micro-arc Flow Field Characteristics of Vacuum Switch, and the project of Liaoning Science and Technology Department in 2019: Research on Micro-arc Flow Field and Multi-field Coupling Dynamic Characteristics of Vacuum Switch. Prof. Dong holds 2 patents and has published many papers and works.
Prof. Qiang Li
Qingdao University
Prof. Li is a Ph.D. Supervisor, Professor and Director of Department of New Energy Science and Engineering at Qingdao University, and a guest professor of University of Waterloo, Canada. Prof. Li has won a range of honors and awards, including the Top 10 New Technological Stars of China in 2020, the Outstanding Academic Youth Award granted by Shandong Association of Physics, and the title of Outstanding Teacher of Qingdao University. In 2007, Prof. Li graduated from the National Physics Talent Training Base of Shandong University; from 2012 to 2o13, he was a visiting scholar at the Quantum Information Lab of University of Waterloo; in 2014, he obtained his doctoral degree in Condensed Matter Physics from Shandong University. As a teacher, he has taught such courses as Principle and Techniques of Energy Storage, Functional Materials and Apparatus, and Frontiers of Physics. His research interests cover spinning electronic materials and devices, and new energies and equipment. His latest research focuses on the application of magnetics in energy science. Prof. Li has chaired seven projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education as well as provincial and municipal governments. He owns over 10 patents, and has published more than 70 papers on well-known journals including Nature Materials, Advanced Materials, Matter, ACS Nano, Adv. Funct. Mater, Phys. Rev. B., and Appl. Phys. Lett. Prof. Li is also a judge for application of funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, an editorial board member of Tungsten, and a reviewer for more than twenty journals including Advanced Materials.
